SPAGHETTI PARMESAN CHEESE
STEP BY STEP HOW TO MAKE IT
Watch the youtube video
and learn with visuals
First part:
- Put your pan on the stove, but don't light the gas/fire.
- Cut the 2 tomatoes in pieces and put it in the pan
- Add the 3 tablespoon salt in the pan
- Add the 3 tablespoon olive oil in the pan
- Cut the 3 garlic gloves and add it to the pan
- Take around 250 - 375 pasta and add it to the pan
- Heat around 1,7 L water in the kettle
- Take a lemon and grate a whole lemon peel and add that to the pan
- Take your vegetable mix and add around 200 grams to the pan
- Your heated water should be ready by now. Add that to your pan with ingredients and pasta. Fill the water in your pan so that the pasta is just under the water.
Second part:
- This is the moment you turn on your gas stove. If you have small pits, middle pits and big pits. Use the big pit. Watch the youtube video.
- Put the lid on the pan and let your pasta and ingredients cook for around 7 minutes on a middle high volume.
- In the meantime take your cheese grater and grate around 75 grams of parmesan cheese.
- Check your pasta on the stove by removing the lid of the pan (after around 7 minutes).
- Keep the lid off the pan and stir your dish in the pan.
- Add your grated parmesan cheese to the pan and stir your dish again to mix all the ingredients.
- Let your pasta cook with an open lid for around 3 minutes (depending on your pan and the amount of water you added). You can see the water in the pan slowly dissolving. A thick liquid saus consistency will be in the pan. See the Youtube video if you want to compare the consistency.
- Add a hand full of Rucola lettuce in your pan and stir again.
- let it sit on the stove for around 1 minute and then you can turn your stove off. And take the pan off it (so it does not keep cooking).
Serve your dish
- Serve your dish warm. This part needs to be a little bit fast, because your pasta will now absorb all the liquid water in your pan.
- Take a bit of the thick water (saus) and place it on your plate.
- Spin a big portion of your pasta on to your plate.
- Take some tomatoes and extra vegetables, Rucola lettuce and make your plate beautiful.
- In the end your can top it off with some grated parmesan cheese and chilli flakes.
Tip: eat it warm!
Check if your dish is ready to eat and nothing is raw. If you feel like you need to simmer your dish a little more dan 7 minutes with the lid on, it might be oké because every stove, gas/electric/fire is different.
