Kidman played her role really good as Greer. She was the wife keeping everything perfect and making money for the family. In the last few episodes, you can see her becoming the person she really wants to be. I expected more scenes between her and Shooter. The bond between Shooter and Greer was not shown. The maid Gosia (Irina Dubova) made some comments of them being more than mother and son. I haven’t seen a scene where they are mother and son, or something else. 

Fahy played her role good, she was the party girl with morals. You can see her character switch organically when she is with Amelia, Will, Tag or the other characters. Reynor was the real asshole of a brother, I liked him at the table where they recall Mae Pratt. Will was the little brother, his relationship with Chloe Carter (Mia Isaac) was cute. I do think she was crazy stepping on the boat with him. Benji and Amelia, they were an odd couple. Benji seemed suspicious from the beginning. I thought he would end up being a psycho first killing Mae Pratt and now this new murder. I just can’t understand why Shooter didn’t meet Amelia earlier if Benji was dating her for a year. Really mysterious.

I am verry critical of Khattar’s role in the movie, because I was really excited about him playing in this mini-series. I feel his accent should just have been natural. I can see he feels uncomfortable and aware that it is not consistent, but who cares! Maby that’s the reason he did not have many lines in the movie. He was like a hava ka jhonka (gust of wind) in every scene. He was running away, yet he has immunity. He was close to Amelia, yet he was the best man. The baseless kissing scene with open windows, Khattar what are you doing!? He was there in a scene, and the next second he gets emotional and was gone. We know khattar can act; he should have had more sensible scenes. Other than that, I feel this was a good experience for him to get more roles and evolve his acting in Hollywood. He could also just stay in Indian Cinema, because I don’t know if Hollywood can appreciate his Indian hero ‘I am having a crush on you’ gaze. Why do they all need to go to Hollywood? Make old school Indian Cinema great again Khattar. And stop kissing people on scene!

Abby, Abby, Abby she was so calm throughout this whole series. Her husband having an affair with the French Lady, putting himself in dept with no money to spend on a house. Benji should have let her eat the wedding cake in peace. Fanning played her character good. She was team family Winbury, then showed empathy towards Amelia and some wisdom of how to survive the mother-in-law Greer.

I do hope they make another season of this mini-series focused on the mysterious Shooter and Greer. Maby exploring the connection of Greer, and her first job. That was an angle I did not expect. Making the series a little more exiting and dynamic. I felt the series was a little bit boring. Nothing really happened, apart from the murder and questioning of the police. I just kept watching to see Khattar. I can imagine some might watch it for the other stars in the series. For me it was obvious who the murderer was so that was not really engaging for me.
